What were the top selling rock bands of the 1990s?
Sites with lists are what I want to see. I heard that Metallica was #1, so I’m curious who else is on the list.
I don’t need to get too specific about what rock is, so even a general music list is fine.
Depends how strict you want to be in classifying a band as “rock” As far as top selling goes there will be a dozen “pop” bands that outsold every traditional “rock”band out there. If you do mean classic rock it has to be Nirvana. Metallica is too fringe.
