when writing a bands name and song title do you Italicize, bold or underline them?

I am writing a story for my school paper in journalism class on music and artists Like Hollywood Undead, Saving Able, Boys Like Girls, Lil Wayne, Missy Elliot, Sean Kingston, Owl City, Sara Bareilles, and Katy Perry. as you can see it is on 3 genres, Rock, Rap and Pop. so how do i lable the bands do i just leave it regular or do i do something like you do with movies? also do i leave the songs regular font too?

Generally…

Bands – are a proper name. Just capitalize where necessary

Songs – should be put in quotation marks “I Kissed A Girl”

Names of albums – Italicized or Underlined

Names of Movies or TV Shows- Italicized or Underlined

You should ask your journalism teacher if there’s any particular style guide that you all should be using.

FONT – Dream On ( Depeche Mode Cover )
