What food should I eat to clean out the toxic inside my body?
I know this sounds unnecessarily to ask but seriously, what food should I eat to get rid of the toxic inside my body very well? I have pooing problems and even when I’m eating healthy foods, sometimes it won’t come out for more than 3 to 4 days and it worries me. I’ve also take pills that allows me to poo but sometimes it doesn’t come out at all. Help me!
I would do 2 things:
1. Take activated charcoal tables or the solution if you prefer it. That will neutralize the toxins that have been building up in you digestive system due to an accumulation of waste.
2. Try to get the system moving again by doing and not doing certain things:
Don’t
- snack between meals
- eat refined foods
- eat too much of anything
Do
- drink a glass of warm water 30 mins before every meal, especially in the morning. It stimulates bowel movement.
- exercise. That also stimulates bowel movement. But make sure its not too strenuous.
- make sure all your meals have plenty of fibre in them.
- if its really bad, go on a fast 4 a few days
- if its really, really bad, do an anema. I hear coffee’s good.
What worked for me once was eating only ovacados for 2 days. I don’t know how scientific that is though. I hope you find something that works for you.
