Do you think hip hop is dead?
Is Hip Hop dead today? With all the people like Soulja Boy, Flo Rida, Lil Jon, etc.. This is the question.. but my theory is if people like it so what? Listen to the **** you like if it sounds good to you thats what matters. People argue who the best rapper is today but it doesn’t matter either, its just if you like the way they sound. The best rapper is who you think it is. The statement Hip Hop is dead does not make sense because it was never alive.. okay maybe you didn’t mean it was actually alive but its still wrong as long as theirs people making Hip Hop music its alive. Other genres of music don’t have this problem, i never heard country was dead or who’s the best rocker alive… of coarse there are legends but we listen to what we like.
