Who thinks there is too much sex in country music videos?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a prude. I watch MTV, but I don’t want CMT to be like MTV. I want an alternative. I want the backwoods, traditional, conservative country music feel.
There has always been outlaw country and the bad boys of country.. They’ve just finally started adding those elements to the videos that they were already singing about anyways..
I believe that most country artists won’t include it because it won’t appeal to their general audience..
But, for instance if someone’s a Trace Adkins fan, they probably don’t mind his videos being a bit racy. That’s kinda how his music is..
I’m sure the traditional ones will continue to keep it out of their videos or at least keep it more tasteful.
