Country Music: Are there any other?
Of course I am being picked on and teased for being a Classic Country Music fan due to the fact I am in my 20′s. You won’t find many Classic Country Music listeners today, especially at my age, and being one of them just shows that I am a special one ( grin).
My favorite Country Music singers are Dolly Parton, Canway Twitty, Charley Pride, George Jones, Kenny Rogger, Skeeter Davis, Emmylou Haris, Crystal Gale, Tanya Tucker, Buck Owens, etc..
One of my favorite songs by Buck Owens is “Crying Time Again”. However, I don’t like the way he sings this song, so I went to search if other Country singers made a version of their own, and yes — Skeeter Davis has made a version, which I LOVE so MUCH.
Anyway, my question is: Are there any other songs similar to “Crying Times Again”? If yes, what are they? And if you can, could you please tell me what other slow Country Music you know of?
