Gay guy who likes country?
I was raised on the Central Coast of California and my favorite type of music is hip hop and electro, but recently I have found that I really really like country music; Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood…etc.
And I was wondering if there were any other gay guys not raised in the south who also like country…cause I’ve been laughed at by my friends saying that country is tacky and therefore the least gay music ever….
I like Tim McGraw, Rascal Flats, The Dixie Chicks. Sure I like some country, old Johnny Cash is good too. Just because you go against the popular for your area doesn’t make you weird, it shows you are cultured. You got style. It means you have an open mind and that’s a big step towards a really mature outlook on the world. Good for you.
