How can I get music to play in powerpoint?
I’m doing a school project on a song, and I need the song (mp3 file) to play continuously throughout the presentation. I also need the slides to sort of appear in time to the music (for example, let’s say the singer sings ‘I like the blue sky’ at 00:13, so I would need to have the slide that contains a picture of the sky appear at exactly 00:13 in order to correspond to the music). Is there any way to do that?
Each slide has a default time of 7 seconds (for example.)Time your song to see how long until your cue. Count to # of slides and insert your “sky” slide in that spot. For example, 35 seconds would be 5 slides, so put yout “sky” in spot #6.
Run your ppt and see how close you came to the correct cue. You may have to move the slide earlier or later.
You can read the Help file to learn how to set the default time for each slide.
